The United States Census is an official count of every resident in the country that occurs once every 10 years. The Census is imperative as the collected data determines how $675-plus billion in federal funding will be allocated to states annually, services for housing, education, health care, and other public needs, legislative redistricting across states, and other areas of concern.

Current initiative

With the threat of certain neighborhoods being undercounted — resulting in a potential loss in resources and representation — there’s an urgency to take collective action to “get out the vote,” ensuring everyone participates in the 2020 Census.
